This set is perfect for sauna lovers, suitable for home saunas, but also for professional sauna infusions, allowing you to enjoy the variety of natural scents to the fullest.

The set includes:

Nordic Birch Sauna Ladle (approx. 40 cm long): A high-quality tool for any sauna experience. Made from birch wood, it offers a natural appearance and durability. With a length of about 40 cm, it fits comfortably in the hand and makes it easy to pour water and infusion liquid onto the sauna stones.

Sauna Towel: The orange sauna towel (80 x 200 cm) is a premium accessory for any sauna experience. Made from 100% cotton and labelled with the Bergila logo, its generous dimensions fully wrap you after your sauna session and provide plenty of space on the sauna bench.

Essential oils:
Blood Orange (10 ml): a refreshing and invigorating scent that creates a fruity atmosphere and stimulates the senses.
Arolla Pine (10 ml): a calming and earthy fragrance reminiscent of a walk in the woods, promoting relaxation for both body and mind.
Herbal Oil (10 ml): a harmonious blend of lavender, rosemary, arolla pine, and peppermint. These essential oils enhance the overall relaxation effect during your sauna session.

Application

Sauna Infusion – Instructions for your home sauna:
Prepare two buckets filled with water.Pour 5-15 drops of essential oil into one of the buckets, depending on the size of the sauna. Bring both buckets into the sauna.Cool the heated stones on the stove with 1–2 ladles of water.Perform the infusion by pouring 2–3 ladles of water from the bucket with essential oil onto the stones.Now you can enjoy the scent.

Optional: Use a towel to spread the resulting steam.
Alternative: Drip 5–10 drops of essential oil onto snow or ice balls before the infusion. Place them on the sauna stove and let them melt after cooling.

Caution: Hot steam can cause burns. Be careful with your hands during the infusion!
