Application
For the preparation of Bergila herbal teas dash the herbs with 90°C hot water (leave water standing for one minute after boiling). For one cup you need one teaspoon of loose herbs. Leave the tea to draw for 5 to 8 minutes. The longer the tea is left to draw, the more intense the bitter compounds come out and the more color will develop. Cover up the tea while leaving it to draw to avoid the evaporation of the essential oils. blog.

Tisana donna
Buonissima tisana con gusto gradevole, quando noi donne abbiamo il ciclo. Vorrei trovarla anche nei negozi per evitare le spese di spedizione e poter comperare quello che mi serve e non quello imposto da Bergila.

Il gusto è ottimo. Da provare e da riprovare sempre. Non serve il limone perché il gusto è rotondo e morbido.

Un'ottima alleata
Adoro le tisane e curiosa di testarne le proprietà ho deciso di acquistarla. Dall'odore non ispira troppo ma con un cucchiaino di miele il gusto è molto piacevole. Presa qualche giorno prima del ciclo e durante ha diminuito i tipici sintomi.
