Our herbs are harvested at the right time and dried gently at about 38 degree Celsius afterwards. The bright colors are maintained like this. Big leaves and blooms are a quality feature of this procedure. All the important active agents of the plant are also maintained like this and the aroma can evolve in a natural way.
