It is the quick 'little helper' that brings relief in everyday life.
Application
How to use the inhaler pen:
1. open the inhalation pen and take out the cotton stick
2. drop essential oils onto the cotton stick (see recipes below)
3. put the cotton stick into the glass and close the lid tightly (make sure that the cotton stick does not fall into the glass)
4. take 2-3 deep breaths to smell it when needed. The essential oils unfold their effect in seconds
Depending on use, the fragrance will last for approx. 2-3 months. Remove the cotton stick with tweezers. We recommend replacing the cotton stick (refill pack) every 3-4 months.
What to do if the stick has slipped into the glass?
If the cotton stick has slipped into the glass, you can remove it with a toothpick. Insert the toothpick into the cotton stick and pull it out together.

Essential oil mixtures for inhalation pen:
Anti-hay fever mixture:
2 drops Mountain pine
2 drops White fir
Runny nose mixture (adults):
2 drops Eukalyptus
1 drops Lavender
1 drops Mountain pine
Runny nose mixture (children):
2 drops Spruce
1 drops White fir
1 drops Lavender
Other helpful oils for colds are: Peppermint, Mountain pine.
Feel good mixtures:
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Orange
Or choose your own personal favourite oils and create your own favourite blend.
For anxiety (children):
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Orange
For travel sickness:
2 drops Peppermint
2 drops Lemon
